
Ken and Yetta's responsibilities to you, our client wishing to sell your property, is to first get a clear understanding of want you want to accomplish: "Let's start with the end in mind." Then we will be able to plan on how best to get there. Next responsibility is to provide a personal marketing plan to receive the highest possible amount of money for your home and fulfill your other expectations. This is done through a custom market analysis of the neighbouring properties, including solds, and an "in-house" inspection of the property to determine what improvements if any need to be done. By completing this plan, Yetta and Ken can discuss with you, and provide you, with their professional researched options available to you. Once on the market you can expect to receive written progress reports of marketing activity, market activity and feedback, monthly.
The 2nd part of the process is the negotiating of an offer on behalf of you our client. When the offer is received one of the team members will contact you and let you know an offer is coming in and set up a time for Yetta or Ken to meet with you. Ken or Yetta will present the offer and discuss different strategies and counsel you, how many counter offers to expect, what to include in the price or what to exclude. The most important part of this process is to make sure that you the client is an integral part of the negotiations and to ensure you are in control. Ken and Yetta will ensure that you are the focus of the negotiating process so the final decision is yours.
